The G80 3.3T shares its Lambda twin-turbo V6 with the Kia Stinger GT and G70 3.3T — same hardware, same proven tuning options, wrapped in a full-size sport sedan. ECU tunes from $189, TCU tune $395, flashed remotely with an EK1 or in person in the DFW/Houston area.
ECU tuning
Because the G80 3.3T runs the same ECU platform as the rest of the 3.3T family, you get the full menu — including an OTS Full Tune option.
Power expectations
Power scales with your fuel. Typical wheel-horsepower figures on stock turbos across the 3.3T platform — for the Backend Flash, a JB4 or ProTuner piggyback is what unlocks the peak numbers. Your exact figures depend on mods, fuel quality, and conditions.
Transmission
The other half of the drivetrain. The G80's E-Shift transmission is covered by our Kia/Genesis 3.3T TCU tune.
Faster shifts, crisper engagement, and shift points dialed in over years of real-world testing — with optional Track Mode and True Manual Mode.

FAQ
Is my G80 supported?
We tune the Genesis G80 3.3T, RWD models only. If you have the 3.3T and are unsure about your drivetrain, reach out before ordering.
Is this really the same engine as the Stinger GT?
Yes — the G80 3.3T runs the same Lambda 3.3L twin-turbo V6 family as the Kia Stinger GT and Genesis G70 3.3T, which is exactly why the same tuning options apply. The G80 is the sport-sedan sleeper of the family: full-size comfort with the drivetrain we know inside and out.
Which tune should I pick?
Running a JB4 or ProTuner? The Backend Flash ($189) pairs with it. Want boost handled inside the ECU with no piggyback? The OTS Full Tune ($299) covers common setups, and the Custom Tune ($595) is built specifically around your mods and goals.
What is the EK1, and is it included?
The EK1 is a remote flashing device that plugs into your OBD2 port so we can flash your ECU from anywhere. It is not included and is sold separately — SleepyTuned does not sell or provide the EK1. If you do not have one, choose in-person flashing (+$150, DFW or Houston area).
Is there a transmission tune for the G80?
Yes — the Kia/Genesis 3.3T TCU Tune ($395) covers the G80 (E-Shift transmission). Faster shifts, crisper engagement, and shift points dialed in over years of real-world testing.
Same proven platform, more legroom. Configure your G80 tune, or compare every option on the tuning hub.
